Return Policy and Procedure
We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on all unused products in original packaging, provided receipt or packing slip is included with the returned item, as well as an RMA number. Items must be returned in undamaged condition in order to receive refund. Refund does not include original shipping/handling costs or return shipping cost. Our refund policy also applies to any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase date, excluding damage caused by negligence, misuse and/or improper handling.

To receive an RMA#, please send an e-mail request to Happy Baby Returns. Please include in the e-mail your order number, name, and item to be returned, along with reason for return, or call customer service at 805/898-0377 with your request. An RMA# must accompany your return in order to ensure proper credit.
